This page contains the Payment Plan Terms between you and InCharge Debt Solutions, Inc.
(“InCharge Debt Solutions”) in connection with your registration as an Institutional Purchaser on the InCharge website
(“Website”). You may wish to print this page for reference. Your registration as an Institutional Purchaser
on the Website constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.
You agree to pay, using a valid payment card which InCharge accepts or other payment method accepted by
InCharge, all fees and charges, you have incurred through your account.
If you select a monthly payment plan InCharge will invoice you monthly.
You agree to pay within 30 days of invoice. If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this
agreement, InCharge may suspend or terminate your right to use the Institutional Purchaser Payment Plan.
If you select to pay per transaction InCharge will automatically charge your payment card for each student
counseling session transaction.
For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide InCharge with accurate, complete and updated
information required when registering for a service on our Website (“Registration Data”). Registration Data may
include your name, address, telephone number, email address and payment card number and expiration date.
You may log in to your institutional purchaser account to determine whether your Registration Data is correct
and accurate. You may update your Registration Data at any time by logging in with your username and password.
Failure to comply with this provision (including without limitation falsification of any Registration Data) may,
at InCharge’s option, result in immediate suspension or termination of your right to use the
Institutional Purchaser Payment Plan.
You agree to promptly update your Registration Data if you know of or suspect unauthorized use of your
Institutional Purchaser Payment Plan, or in the event of any known or suspected breach of security or
unauthorized disclosure of your password or payment card information. In the event of a breach of security
on your part, you will remain liable for any unauthorized use of your Institutional Purchaser Payment Plan
until you update your Registration Data. If your payment card expires, is canceled, is lost or is subject
to use without your authorization, or if your Institutional Purchaser Payment Plan is subject to use without
your authorization, log in to update your Registration Data or call InCharge at 1 (877) 829-1647.
You agree not to assign, transfer or sublicense your rights as an Institutional Purchaser.
You agree to be financially responsible for all usage or activity on your Institutional Purchaser Payment Plan.
